In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the szz777 platform, whether or not they have completed verification or placed a wager.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the szz777 platform.

By accessing the szz777 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the szz777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the szz777 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. szz777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any or all Accounts identified as belonging to the same individual and to forfeit all associated balances.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. szz777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Notification of Breach. You must notify szz777 immediately — via live chat or at [email protected] — if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts, Real Money Balances, Bonus Funds, and any accumulated loyalty points or VIP tier status are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4.5 Accurate Information. You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address must be updated promptly through Account settings or by contacting szz777 support.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. szz777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 5.2 Currency. All transactions on the szz777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is offered or implied.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the deposit interface.

5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. szz777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and to request additional verification where the source of deposited funds cannot be confirmed.

5.5 No Interest. szz777 does not pay interest on Real Money Balances held in Player wallets. Funds deposited are held solely for the purpose of gameplay and withdrawal.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be initiated from the Real Money Balance portion of your szz777 wallet. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to Real Money Balance withdrawals, subject to VIP tier limits and KYC clearance as described below.

6.3 KYC Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. szz777 may require the following documents, which must be valid, clear, and issued by a Philippine authority:

6.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.5 Withdrawal to Deposit Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. szz777 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.

6.6 Right to Withhold. szz777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity that triggers obligations under Applicable Law.

7.1 General. szz777 offers various promotions to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spin equivalents, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Platform alongside the promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal of those funds may be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Account. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per verified Player Account. Players who attempt to claim a first-deposit promotion on multiple Accounts will have all associated Accounts closed and balances forfeited.

7.4 Time Limits. All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to time limits. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

7.5 Abuse Prevention. szz777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited, abused, or manipulated a promotion. Evidence of bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, low-risk wagering solely for the purpose of satisfying Wagering Requirements, and use of multiple Accounts.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the szz777 Platform is subject to its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules impose more restrictive requirements, in which case the more restrictive rule applies.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change without notice.

8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, server error, or any other technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, szz777 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. In such cases, all Real Money stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.4 Disconnection. szz777 is not responsible for incomplete bets or unsettled wagers arising from loss of internet connectivity on the Player's side. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result at the time of disconnection, and the result will be credited or debited accordingly once the Player reconnects.

8.5 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games on szz777 Casino are conducted by human dealers operating under the standard rules of the respective game. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the szz777 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under any fabricated, borrowed, or assumed identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including layering, placement, or integration of funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting any software bug, error, technical vulnerability, or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, software-assisted betting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to coordinated betting in multiplayer games and sharing hole cards in poker variants
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting in the szz777 Betting section
• Chargebacks on deposited funds without prior notification to szz777. Any Player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback will have their Account immediately closed and the chargeback amount plus associated costs claimed from the Player
• Accessing the Platform using circumvention tools, including VPNs, proxies, or anonymising software, for the purpose of evading geographic restrictions or PAGCOR compliance requirements

All content on the szz777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, animations, audio, trademarks, logos, text, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of szz777 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the szz777 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in or to the Platform, its content, or any game software.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the szz777 Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of szz777.

szz777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum uninterrupted session duration. A notification is sent at the limit; the session may be extended once per limit period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled. The cool-off cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the szz777 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months up to 5 years. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period and is implemented within 24 hours of the request.

szz777 does not market to individuals who have self-excluded. Where szz777 becomes aware that a self-excluded Player has registered a new Account, that Account will be immediately closed and all balances refunded.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, szz777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

12.2 szz777's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform — regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

12.3 szz777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond szz777's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. szz777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit szz777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

13.1 By szz777. szz777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or fraudulent information;
• You are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform;
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose szz777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or
• szz777 is required to do so by Applicable Law, a PAGCOR directive, or a lawful order of a Philippine court or authority.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your szz777 Account at any time by contacting szz777 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before Account closure, you must withdraw any available Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds and any Bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be permanently archived. Players will be notified via their registered email address before archiving.

szz777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account (email or SMS) at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by Applicable Law or a PAGCOR directive, in which case the amended Terms take effect upon publication.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. The most current version of these Terms is always published at szz777.cam/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms, you accept the amended Terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and szz777, you agree to first contact szz777 support in writing at [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. szz777 will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through the above process within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

Where your dispute relates to a game outcome or technical matter, szz777 may refer the matter to the relevant game software provider's independent dispute resolution process. szz777's records and server logs shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute concerning game outcomes.
